The Fanco Hybrid 250 is a contemporary, high-performance ceiling exhaust fan purpose-built for installations where longer duct runs are unavoidable. Unlike standard exhaust fans that lose extraction efficiency over distance, the Hybrid has been engineered to maintain a strong 482m³/h airflow across up to 8–10 metres of 150mm straight ducting — making it the smart choice for bathrooms, ensuites and toilets set further from the exterior wall. Its whisper-quiet ball bearing motor operates at just 36dB(A), keeping ventilation powerful but unobtrusive. The integrated 12W tri-colour LED panel delivers 1000 lumens and is switchable between 3000K to 6000K, letting you tailor the lighting to any time of day. Supplied with a white fascia in round, a built-in backdraft shutter and a plug and lead for a DIY installation where a switched surface socket is already in place. Flexible Switching: Engineered for flexibility, this fan comes with two separate power leads (flex and plug). This enables you to operate the light and fan independently using a 2-gang wall switch or together on a single switch if preferred. Note that this unit is built for standard wall switch compatibility and is not remote-control compatible. While it is DIY-friendly for homes with pre-installed ceiling sockets, any new electrical wiring must be performed by a professional.
